Leave Them Alone, and They'll Come Home, Wagging Their Tails Behind Them.
We were heading to the store today when we saw this girl walking down the street. I had seen a girl in San Francisco that was dressed much like this, but I didn't get a picture then. This isn't the best quality. I think I need a stealth camera. ;) I think she might be Bo Peep. :P

I can imagine what Elly would say if I tried to dress her up like that! I doubt if it would be printable. I think I could count on one hand the number of times I have seen her in a dress.
I've seen these a lot online, these are Harajuku girls!
