New Attack

Matt. 5:10-12
10 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness’ sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
11 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.
12 Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.

I just have to say, that in just viewing this trailer, I was surprised that even in the trailer they spewed out false accusations. We were given encouragement to donate what we could, but it was all a private matter, and no amount was discussed. It was a total free will donation, according to our own wishes. We were not threatened that we would lose church membership, and no one in our congregation was apprised of how much we gave. The ONLY people who told others what we donated were those who support gay marriage, who posted it on the internet. If you google my husband's name, you will find our name on a "hate" list of people who donated to prop.8. And I should say that when my husband and I got together to decide what we should donate, we prayed about it, and we both had the same amount of money come in to our mind. So I proudly stand as one who donated to preserve the sanctity of marriage.

I am certainly grateful to the LDS for what they did. I only wish the truth about hyper-promiscuity could be told to the children, as well as the cost to society.
