I may or may not make this a regular post. It's mainly for my own benefit, but I thought you might like some dinner ideas too. :) This is what we ate for dinner this week:
Sunday: Easter dinner: glazed spiral ham, scalloped potatoes, deviled eggs, stir fried green beans with garlic, dinner rolls, olives, strawberry shortcake.
Monday: Cheddar, potato, ham, vegetable chowder with left over dinner rolls
Tuesday: Homemade hamburgers with trimmings and boxed macaroni and cheese.
Wednesday: Stir fried bean thread noodles with pork, red bell pepper, onion, garlic and bean sauce, Ma Po Tofu, white rice for those who wanted it, cauliflower cooked with chicken, garlic, and soy sauce.
Thursday: Individual pizzas made on sourdough rolls.
Friday: Kids ate fettucini with alfredo sauce. Husband and I went out to eat.
Saturday: Tostadas: refried beans, cheese, lettuce, avacado, fresh salsa,
