Turn About is Fair Play

Several times in recent months, I have left my computer unattended with my facebook account logged on. My oldest son has delighted in putting in status messages for me. He says my dog looks like a goat, so one time he wrote that I love goats. He has put in several goofy status messages.

The other day he used my computer, and closed the window to Facebook, but didn't log out. When I pulled up Facebook, his account was still logged on. I decided to do him the favor of leaving him a status message. I wrote that he, "loves his mother more than any other creature on the earth, including his cat Eddie." He hasn't logged back on to Facebook again yet, so he hasn't see this latest status message.

When he does log on, he will find a few different replies. I had to laugh at them. One kid, about his age, put this comment: "Amen brother." (I guess that young man loves his mother more than any other creature too. :) Another person wrote, "Wow. That's so cool.." My niece made a comment suggesting he was trying to butter me up. :)

Ah...revenge is sweet....

That's wonderful! It'll be interesting to see his reaction.

And it's even probably a true status :)

Heh heh heh! I did that to the kids some too. Usually I impersonate them a bit when the instant messaging comes up.
