Orson Scott Card: Are new 'Puritans' gaining?

Thanks to Elizabeth for sharing this link with me. Orson Scott Card is a great writer, and has really hit the nail on the head with this article. It's a little lengthy, but worth the read. Click here to read the article.

The large majority of that article I can agree on. The main thing that jumps out at me is that Puritans were obsessed with legalisms that promoted morality, following in the error highlighted in the book of Galatians. This new group may have some similarities of method, but godless immorality and licentiousness are at the core of their theocracy.
