It's Getting Under My Skin

I had a dermatology appointment today. I've had this weird thing...I won't go in to gorey details lol, but I needed to have it checked. Anyway, it occurred to me when I got in the room, that I should probably mention every single skin problem I could think of while I was there so that I could get everything taken care of at once. The nurse asked if I would like a "whole body check". I thought that was a good idea since I was there anyway. Basically, he looked me over to see if I had any weird moles or other skin problems. I have to say that when I left I had such a feeling of accomplishment. I felt like we had really accomplished something and this may sound weird, but I felt almost cleaner to have some things taken care of. I think everyone should do this at least once in their life. It just so happened that I had several skin problems that I needed help with, so I really got my money's worth from the appointment. lol
