End of Season

Here we are, nearing the end of our growing season. The weather has turned cooler, and the flowers are starting to fade. (notice the little grasshopper having lunch on my zinnia) My zuchinni doesn't want to give up yet, and is still producing. (the yellow flower in front of the zuchinni is a Four O'Clock) My sunflower is dead, and I'm just waiting for it to dry so that the birds can eat it. We have relatively mild winters here, I might put in a winter garden :)

Its nice knowing about you.
So you are a teacher. Putting up with children demands patience and kindness, shows you have them both ,, thats grrr8!:)

The idea about aging and having pets around the house is interesting indeed .. i keep a cat i will show ya the pic in my photo blog soon.

The weather has turned cooler too .. but i still leave the windows ajar before i go to bed.

In the area I live we lack humidity to grow the greenery as much but the flower in the picture is grown here also & very "khayli" longlasting it is... yeah

If I lived in CA I would definitely, DEFINITELY have a winter garden.
