Looks like a trucker breath right strip to me.
oh, isn't that what doctors use when your kids shove lima beans up their noses or whatnot? open the nostrils wide so they can pluck the offending foodstuffs out?
I was going to say that I think it is a popcorn kernel removing tool...it pushes the popcorn kernel clear to the back of the throat for easy removal (unless of course the child breathes it down the trachea).
It opens the nostrils so you can more easily remove the hairs that are hanging out. (hopefully, this is for men only.)
