And so here I sit blogging..... Can you tell my mind has drawn a blank about my presentation? lol Either that, or I'm A.D.D., which I already suspect is the right answer. (I've also checked facebook, my email, and my blog roll several times already....)
As part of my class, I am putting together a power point presentation. Honestly, I've never done this before in my life! But my children made power point presentations all throughout their elementary school years, so I figure if a kid can do it, so can I. :) So far it's turning out okay, but I only have one week left, and I still need to practice with the projector. Can you also spell STRESS? :S

50 minutes of teaching's nothing (says the guy who does that for a living).
Put your main points, some good quotes, and some clever photos or pictures into the PowerPoint presentation, then go from point to point using the PowerPoint as an outline. Get the women engaged in the topic and the discussion. Gather examples and stories to illustrate your points. Invite others beforehand to teach specific topics (perhaps one per class).
Honestly, I find it easier to teach 40 students than to teach 4.

Thanks Euripides!! I like what you said because they specifically asked me to make it "hands on". The title of my class is, "Armchair missionaries: Sharing the gospel through the internet." I thought about actually using the internet live, but I'm not sure if the church internet works well, and I don't want to base my whole presentation around a sketchy internet. So I've taken a few screen shots... But you gave me some ideas of how I need to engage the women better. I do think you are right, 40 is easier than 4, and adults are easier than teens. lol

PPT is just a jumped up Word document all boxed up.
I just attended one of those women's conferences, and the time goes faster than you think it will. When I have to teach classes like that I have a tendency to over-prepare, then I can cut back if I need to. I also like to involve the class in discussions and let them teach themselves part of it.
I think you will do great - it's barely more than your seminary lessons.
