that was AMAZING. it seriously gave me chills over and over again - why have we never sung that second verse? in this war-filled time that verse is such a moving and needed reminder of what we stand for as a country!
Actually that is the fourth verse. And we don't use the original verses anymore anyway. AND...the tune was an old British Pub tune! But if you ever want to get a real stirring in your patriotism, read the story of how Francis Scott Key came to write the words.

Thanks for sharing that. I would have had no idea about the additional versus and the origin of "In God We Trust".
