Day Off
The kids don't have school today because of Martin Luther King Day. My neighbor and I decided to take them, and the dogs up to the regional park to get some exercise. It is shocking how dry the hills are for this time of year. We are way behind in rainfall for the year. It's so nice though to have a place where the kids and dogs can really run and explore.

Wow, that does look very dry. But then over here the grass stays green all through the winter.
