Cat Scratch Fever

Last night I was upstairs and kept hearing a rustling paper sound. I was concentrating on something, so didn't really give it much thought. When I went downstairs I found this sight (although I didn't give you a picture of the entire room, just one small part of the mess). Evidently, Eddie the cat found some tissue paper and crepe paper and had a field day with it.
