Cheese Cake

I was remembering tonight some things that happened when we lived in China. One thing we liked to do occasionally was go eat at hotel restaurants. We could get food that was more like home, and it was nice to be in the nice environments. One day we decided to go eat at the Swiss Hotel in BeiJing. We ordered foods that we had missed having in our normal life there. After dinner, my husband decided to order cheese cake. That was the type of delicacy we had missed. Soon the waiter came out carrying a beautiful piece of cake....with a large slice of cheese on top.
