I am so out of shape...I know exactly how you feel! I am so out of shape and overweight that I really long to exercise! I have been trying to figure out how I can do it with Mia, I would really love to walk but I just don't think we can fit that in our day, honestly about the only thing I could probably do is exercise at home before or after she wakes up, but I just need to start doing it!
